It’s important to find the right style of yoga that suits you, and this can change according to the different stages we move through in our own lives. This aspect of tuning into our own rhythms and learning how to understand what we need in terms of maintaining a healthy state of balance is I believe, one of the most useful skills we can develop or re-connect to.
